Received a tablet for Christmas.Within 8 months, the charger port became loose from the internal mother board.

Still under manufacture warrantee, so I called their customer service. Rep was rude, condescending and told me they do not repair or replace damaged devices. I guess they figure I took it apart and disconnected the port from the mother board. I wanted to slap the woman.

I have notified the BBB. I am writing a letter to the company. I will tell everyone I know their products are defective and their customer service is reprehensible! DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

THE DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT.NEVER AGAIN!
