We have been trying since Tuesday to get a hold of someone in your tech support and have left our number to be called back, this is Friday and still have not received a call back. This is the worst customer support I have ever seen, tells me a lot about your product.

We purchased a Nextbook Ares 10A in July and have had nothing but trouble from it, it crashes all the time, shuts off randomly, runs very slow. Very unhappy with this product. Sadly I cannot get a person to talk to about it.

Please tell me how to get a person on the phone. Is anyone else having these same issues as me?
